Program Structure (8 Weeks)


Each week is intentionally designed to build upon the last, forming a complete system of internal mastery:

Learn how to stabilize your baseline state using breathwork, grounding, and hypnotic regulation techniques—essential for reducing anxiety and reactivity.


  • Week 3: Rewriting the Internal Narrative (NLP)

Identify limiting beliefs and begin reframing them using NLP processes that shift perception and behavior.


  • Week 4: Emotional Control & Stoic Detachment

Train your mind to respond rather than react. You’ll learn how to detach from external chaos and maintain internal stability.


  • Week 5: Identity Reconstruction

Through guided hypnosis and NLP anchoring, you’ll begin installing a stronger identity rooted in discipline, clarity, and self-command.


  • Week 6: Stress, Pressure & Performance

Develop tools to perform under pressure without emotional overwhelm—ideal for business, leadership, and personal life.


  • Week 7: Brotherhood & Communication

Strengthen interpersonal awareness, communication, and connection through structured group work and shared experiences.


  • Week 8: Integration & Expansion

Lock in your progress with a final integration protocol, ensuring the changes you’ve made become permanent and scalable.
